Pre-orders open for XPro at 12:01am EST (Friday Night going into Saturday) 
 
Our system is set to check for XPro status (including the ElitePokeBox XPro) for the XPro access window 10 minute early purchase window (as long as all things are working properly.) 
 
After the XPro window customers whom have purchased literally anything will be allowed in to make their purchase. 
 
Please read the below as it is VERY IMPORTANT:
1. You are allowed to buy 1 (one) kit per account; NOT 1 (one) of each. We will be also checking addresses for anyone who is attempting to use different accounts to circumvent limit.
2. Do not purchase at the bot inflated price WE WILL NOT ADJUST and we will cancel your orders (we lost thousands in Credit Card processing fees on Destined Drop) 
3. Shipping will start the Monday AFTER release and continue through that week. 
4. Please make sure your address is correct, your payemtn info is correct, and that you do your due diligence as to avoid overloading our customer service channel.
 
We do not guarantee the physcial exterior condition of the product as we do not control Pokemon quality control. We do not accept cancellations on Pre-orders and if we do accept any cancellations or have to cancel your order due to rule breaking we will retain 5% of the cost to pay for CC processing fees and administrative costs to conduct that refund.
 
We will be shipping these orders via UPS, NO PO BOX as that will cause your order to also be canceled.
